Raiffeisen supports five enterprises towards their green transition
Raiffeisen Bank in Kosovo has joined the BOOST project of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Kosovo to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) towards their green transition.
The cooperation between the Bank and UNDP in Kosovo comes after the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which enabled the Bank to provide financial support to five beneficiary enterprises.
Namely, the Bank will allocate 3,000 euro to each of the companies selected for support from the BOOST Program as the implementing party.
The companies that will benefit from the Bank's support are Blocknify, Breathe In Travel Group, GoAgro, Sharri Ecotour and Techno-Ks.
The BOOST program offers SMEs opportunities to benefit from various mentoring, advisory, networking, and training activities. The program curriculum was specially designed for them to expand their knowledge and accelerate the development of creative ideas that contribute to the green agend
Beneficiaries had the opportunity to attend four modules over the 12-week period, including Measuring and Managing Impact, Accelerating Entrepreneurial Growth, Green Transformation, Technical and Digital Transformation, and Tokyo Talks.
The bank is continuously supporting partners who work towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future. In June this year, the Bank organized the ESG Summit (Environmental, Social, and Governance; in Albanian: Environment, Society, and Corporate Governance) focused on the topic "Transition to the Green Economy''.
