Raiffeisen Bank
Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo is a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). RBI came to Kosovo at the end of 2002 by purchasing most of the shares of American Bank of Kosovo, and completed the purchase and renamed the bank in June 2003. In June 2003, RBI became the owner of 100% of the shares and renamed the bank Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo.
RBI offers corporate and investment banking services to Austrian and international companies, an extensive banking and leasing network in CEE for corporate and retail customers. In addition, the group includes numerous other financial services providers, for example in the areas of leasing, asset management and mergers and acquisitions.
Raiffeisen Bank offers a wide range of banking services and products for all customers: individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises and corporates. Since it entered the market, Raiffeisen Bank has been very successful by achieving continuous development in all segments, including loans and deposits.
We continued to invest in our IT and operations to support our business activities and to provide our customers with high-quality banking services using state-of-the-art technology. In recognition of this, we became the first company in the region to be certified by Registered Quality Assurance (LRQA) for ISO 20000.
