Current account: Payment account with basic features
Based on the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo's Regulation on Access to Payment Accounts with Basic Services, as a new or existing customer of Raiffeisen Bank, you have the right to choose the Payment Account with Basic Services, through which you are offered a list of products and banking services without limit of use.
If you choose the payment account with basic services, for a monthly payment of 0.53 euros, you will have unlimited access to these services:
Account opening and maintenance
Deposit and withdrawal of funds at Raiffeisen Bank branches and ATMs
Direct debit
Debit card payments at POS terminals and online via E-Commerce platforms in Kosovo
Transfers to accounts within the bank, at branches, through E-Banking or Raiffeisen Bank ATMs
Monthly fee calculation
The fee for the basic service package is determined by the BQK regulation, i.e. 0.12% of the average net monthly salary in the Republic of Kosovo - published by the Kosovo Statistical Agency.
Note:
- The purchase of additional services is not mandatory to open a payment account for basic services.
- Existing clients who have a Current Account have the right, upon request, to convert their account into a Current Account with Basic Services, if they meet the conditions set out in the Regulation of BQK. In the case of a current account conversion, the client's account number (IBAN) will be stored. There is no fee for the conversion of the payment account.
