How to activate my Debit Card for the first time?

Step 1:
From the phone number you have registered with the bank, send an SMS (free of charge) to 50222 with the last 4 numbers of your card.
Step 2:
You will receive an SMS with your card PIN.
Step 3:
The card can be used at POS terminals and ATMs using the PIN you received via SMS.
After you have used the card for the first time, you can change the PIN of the card anytime and at any Raiffeisen Bank ATM. You should keep in mind that for re-ordered cards, the PIN remains the same, while for new cards, the new PIN is applied, which you receive via SMS according to the process explained above. For security reasons, it is recommended to delete the SMS containing your card PIN.
You don't have a Debit Card?
In that case, you can apply completely online to open a Current Account and visit the branch just to sign the contract. Upon opening the account, you automatically accept your Visa or Mastercard Debit card.

Security of card payments
In case of card loss or theft, you must immediately report the case by contacting the Bank's Call Center at 038 222 222, and your card will be disabled immediately. The Call Center works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also disable your card quickly and easily through the bank's digital services in E-Banking and M-Banking.
For customers who are active in using their cards, their card is automatically reordered. Once the card is ready, the bank sends it by mail to your residential address registered with the bank.
You will receive the new card by mail at the address you have registered with the bank. If you have changed your address, you must go to one of the bank's branches to update your information.
The service is free, and all postage costs are covered by Raiffeisen Bank.
Activation of the new card can only be done through the mobile phone operators in Kosovo.
You will be contacted by phone when the Postal Service begins the process of mailing your card. You will also be given a reference number to track its location. The post office will make three attempts to deliver the card to you. After the third attempt, you will need to pick it up at the post office by appointment with the postman.
