Start-Up Window

The Start-Up window aims to facilitate access to finance for Start-Up enterprises by providing adequate financial products, ensuring the growth of newly created businesses as well as an increase in employment, thereby improving the population's living standards.

The Start-Up window is intended for startups that are primarily engaged in economic activities or sectors that require basic knowledge. Basic knowledge refers to abilities gained through education, training, or prior work experience.

This window is provided with favorable credit risk conditions in order to increase the confidence of Registered Financial Institutions in crediting this important segment of the market, which, through financial support, will ensure market positioning, expansion in international markets, job creation, and support for our country's economic development.

Which loans are eligible for the Start-Up Window?

Qualified loans that meet the following criteria will be eligible for the Start-Up window's benefits:

  • The minimum loan amount is 3,000 euros
  • The maximum loan amount is 50,000 euros
  • The maximum amount of the guarantee is 40,000 euros
  • The maximum repayment term of the guaranteed loan is up to 60 months
  • The purpose of the loan can be for long-term investments as well as for working capital,
