In order to have the capital available to achieve these goals, the EBRD, through Raiffeisen Bank, offers loans of up to 100,000 euros within the Program for Supporting the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME). In addition, the loan is combined with a 15% grant financed by EU IPA funds.
