Gifts and invitations

Gifts, invitations and other material and immaterial benefits of monetary value are problematic in commercial life because they (particularly if linked to a concreate business deal) could influence an unbiased and objective decision making or the performance of professional duties within RBKO and Group. Under certain circumstances such gifts, invitations and other benefits are even prohibited under criminal law; simply extending an invitation can already constitute a criminal offence in certain cases, especially for public officials.
