Contact Center (038 222 222) is an integrated information telephone service that offers customers easy access to information on the Bank's products and services as well as convenient and easy management of his/her account 24 hours / seven days a week.

In addition, through Contact Center you can make an appointment with Mobile Bankers, the bank officials who will visit you in your office or house to offer you information and services on accounts, cards and POSs.
How Contact Center is used?
- MNEMONIC – the secret word
MNEMONIC- is a secret word which customer provides when opening the account. This word is unique and no one can have the same. MNEMONIC enables the identification of the customer in a much easy and quick way. Besides being unique, the secret word is secure as well.
- Information on the bank statement
Your bank statement can be received only when you give your MNEMONIC- the secret word that you left while opening the account. In additional, you can cancel the term deposit or receive any specific information for the account/transfers only through MNEMONIC.
- Pre-authorized transfers
Contact Center enables you to do order transfers/ pre-authorized payments through telephone.
All you have to do is to apply in the bank for this service and to provide information on transfers/payments that you want to realize. Afterward contact us and ask for your transfer to be realized. We are obliged to confirm the realization of the transfer.
- Blocking of the card:
This center also enables blocking of the card if your card is lost or it is stolen. Also for this service you should now the secret word (MNEMONIC) and your card will be blocked within 1 minute.
